Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 September 2026

HEIDI COMMAND ("we", "us") is a service that builds clips, writes captions and publishes posts on social media on behalf of the artists and influencers you create. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is HEIDI COMMAND, operated by Linus Svenning (sole proprietorship, Sweden). Contact: [email protected].

2. What we collect

3. Why we use it

Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (the service and the terms), our legitimate interest in security and improvement, and your consent where you connect a social account or sign in with Google.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Account data and content are kept while your account exists. When you cancel, your artists are paused and your material is kept for 90 days so you can come back, then deleted. Server logs are kept for 30 days. Payment records are kept as long as Swedish accounting law requires (7 years).

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting a social account or deleting your account. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).

7. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, API keys are stored outside the web root, sessions expire, and all traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Each customer's material is kept separate from every other customer's.

8. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters we tell you by email or inside the service before it takes effect.

Short version: we keep what we need to run your artist, we never sell it, your social passwords never touch us, and you can take it all back whenever you want.
